Four independent voices
Chords, bass, floating notes and orbit notes, each with its own clock, its own octave from −3 to +3 and its own chance of playing.
49 scales, 4 moods
From diatonic modes to Japanese and exotic scales, with a selectable root and four moods: Calm, Deep, Bright and Strange.
Built-in looper
Records 1 to 64 bars of the output, aligned to the host bar grid, then plays it back as a loop. Eight favourite slots saved with the project.
Evolving loop
ALTERN keeps the recorded rhythm and regenerates the notes on every pass, dialled from 0 to 100 % to let the loop drift without a jump.

Twenty starting points embedded in the plugin, alongside your own user presets.
CHORDS THAT
FOLLOW ON.
CHORALIS makes no sound of its own: it generates a MIDI stream, chords, bass, notes, orbit, for the instrument of your choice. Four voices run on independent clocks and keep evolving according to your settings.
Eighteen controls across three sections, HARMONY, GENERATION, ARTICULATION, shape the harmony, the density and the way notes breathe. Tempo always follows the host, with a /8 to x8 clock multiplier, a global SWING and BAR LOCK to pin events to the grid.
FUNCTIONAL HARMONY
The engine picks each root from the one before it. MOOD colours the motion: firm cadences, the minor side, a push to the dominant or unexpected turns.
FOUR VOICES, FOUR CLOCKS
Each voice moves at its own pace. Enable, transpose or thin them out separately without ever freezing the shared harmony.
CAPTURE, THEN DRIFT
The looper freezes a passage; ALTERN keeps its rhythm and regenerates its notes, as gently as you like.
