SHIFT moves the pitch of the freeze across two octaves, up or down, without affecting its length.
Time stretching
FAST, SLOW and STRETCH drive how the freeze is scanned, with reverse playback, stutter and decay.
Adjustable loop
Position, length, crossfade, speed, randomness and diffusion to sculpt the frozen region precisely.
16-band equaliser
HP and LP input filters, a resonant LP / BP / HP filter and a 16-band EQ over the freeze, from full cut to +6 dB.
Three assignable LFOs
Six waveforms including Random and Sample & Hold, thirteen destinations and host tempo sync.

SPEC works in the spectral domain. It captures the frequency content of the signal and holds it, then blur, diffusion and stretching turn that snapshot into sustained material.
Mid-side width goes from mono to extra wide, a limiter protects the output, and ten factory presets act as starting points for ambient, drone and sound design.

The freeze holds the spectrum for as long as you want, with no audible loop.
SCAN IT DIFFERENTLY
