Polyrhythm or polymeter
Two playback modes to layer cycles of different lengths and let the patterns drift apart.
49 scales and diatonic chords
From the seven diatonic modes to pentatonic, symmetric and exotic scales, with root, octave, degree and per-track transposition. Any track can stack triads or sevenths built inside the active scale.
Per-track humanisation
Velocity and variation, trigger probability, gate length, swing and a randomness amount, all set separately.
Two LFOs per track
Five targets, PULSES, ROTATION, STEPS, DEGREE, RANGE, six waveforms including Random and Sample & Hold, unidirectional or bipolar travel, all tempo-synced.
40 factory presets
Four banks, CHAOTIC, DEEP, MELODIC and SLOW, embedded in the plugin and independent of any external file.
FOUR CYCLES.
ONE PATTERN.
EUCLID spreads a number of pulses across a number of steps as evenly as possible. Four independent tracks are enough to build structures that take a long time to repeat.
The plugin sends MIDI to the instrument of your choice. Internal tempo from 30 to 300 BPM or host sync, with a /8 to x8 multiplier to slow down or speed up the whole sequence.
PATTERNS THAT DRIFT
Change PULSES or ROTATION while playing: the pattern reorganises without ever losing the beat.
ALWAYS IN SCALE
The degree indexes a scale of variable length and automatically wraps onto the next octave.
MEASURED RANDOMNESS
Probability, velocity variation and a per-track RANDOM amount keep the loop from turning mechanical.
SELF-DRIVEN MOTION
The two track LFOs modulate the rhythmic structure itself, not just the sound of the instrument.
